Sometimes in life, it feels like we take two steps forward and three steps back. Especially as a busy woman juggling life, family, and business. These moments can leave us feeling discouraged, worried, and hopeless. It’s so easy to let these difficult times get us down, but God longs to give us hope no matter how many times we fall or how hard we fall. Let’s look at 30 Bible verses that offer hope in hard times.
What does God say about difficult times?
Admitting that life is complex can be challenging as a driven woman. We do so many things with excellence. So much so that when we have a situation or problem that we can’t solve quickly, we start to doubt everything about ourselves, even with all of the blessings and success around us. What comforts me the most is that Jesus already told us that life would bring trials and sorrows. He’s told us this not to fill us with fear but to fill us with hope. John 16:33 says, “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth, you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart because I have overcome the world.”
I pray that you would be reminded DAILY of the Lord’s faithfulness and sovereignty during this season- through shortages, violence, and uncertainties.
